This week there's a "Monochromatic" look challenge going on NTMS. Wendi actually asked for ideas for this week and this was mine and it won! Yay :D
This is what I came up with; since my nails are peachy-salmony-orange, I went with oranges. And yes, I even went with the same colors on my outfit, which might have been a little too much, but it was fun!
I actually used a mixture of Sugarpill's Flamepoint and Dollipop all over the eyelid and just a little bit of a sheer, shimmery, orangey shadow in the inner part of the lid to play up some textures. Same colors on the lower lashline, a pink-orange duochrome on the inner corner and a matte highlight.
I kept the waterline clean and paired it with a thin liner on the top lashline, a bit of mascara and added big, fluttery lashes. That's it!
The lips are a combination of coral and gold lipstick and a peachy-gold lipgloss. It was the closest I could get to the colors on my eyes. For blush I used Evil Shades's Atomic, a bright, almost neon, orange blush with blue duochrome (A-mazing! <3).
